The SSSAS Association of Parents and Teachers meets once a month and all are welcome! The details for our meetings can be found in the online school calendar. Please check it regularly for the most up-to-date information. We look forward to working with SSSAS and our parent community to provide programming and be a resource that supports our parents and teachers alike.

Who We Are
The APT exists to support and enhance the school community through an inclusive approach to community based events. It’s composed of all parents/guardians of enrolled students, teachers, administrators, and school staff. The head of school represents our teachers and staff and is a voting member of the APT Executive Board.

How You Can Volunteer
There are many opportunities for parents to volunteer and get involved—from helping support and organize a specific event to taking a shift with Steve & Aggies, serving on a committee, or joining our Board. Your time and talents would be greatly appreciated and are highly valued, no matter what time commitment you can give. Volunteering is a wonderful way to support our students, faculty, and staff, as well as meet other Saints families.

What We Do
We invite you to attend  our programs and events, including the Fall Festival, Multi-Cultural Nights, Teacher Appreciation events , Winter Parent Party and Auction, and our Spring Festival. The APT organizes class-level parent socials and an annual Where-You-Live social to foster Saints connections in communities around the DMV area.

How We Do It
We couldn't offer all we do without the volunteer support of parents, faculty, and staff, and the financial sponsorship of our families. We ask all families to pay APT dues of $75.  This year, the APT is partnering with the school to collect our dues through the Smart Tuition platform.  Information on opting-out of school dues can be found on the internal APT page.
