Registration Details
Due to enrollment restrictions a $100 non-refundable deposit is required with your registration form for each camp to secure placement for all day camps, specialty camps and sports camps. Deposit is applied towards balance. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP.
Note: Starting this year a $100 deposit is also required for sports camps. Walk-up registration on first day of sports camps is still accepted (space permitting) but camp balance must be paid in full at that time.
Full tuition for summer studies courses is due on or prior to June 9, 2007. Tuition less a 10% administrative fee will be refunded if request is made in writing prior to June 9. No tuition refunds made after that date. Registration by mail must be received by June 9. Questions: Call Dr. Julia Brent at 703-212-2792.
Payment Policy
Deposits sent in with the application are applied to total camp cost(s). Camp payments are due in full at the start of session.
Note: Unpaid camp balances may result in cancellation of enrollment in any/all future camps. If a balance remains at the end of the summer a monthly late fee will be applied until the account is paid in full. The return check fee is $35.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will not be made unless a written notice of withdrawal and a formal request for a refund are delivered to the Office of Summer Programs prior to the first day of the session for which the refund is being requested. In all cases, the specialty camp deposit and/or 10% of the summer studies tuition will not be refunded.
The Office of Summer Programs reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment. In the event that a program is canceled, families will be notified in advance and a full refund will be given. Refunds and "make up days" are not given for absences.
