Step 2: Campus Visit The best way for you and your child to select a school is to see it firsthand; for this reason campus tours are a required step in the process. Older students may also attend one of our popular visiting days. To make an appointment for a tour and visit, please call 703-212-2705 for grades JK-5 or 703-212-2706 for 6-12. Admission Appointments Grades JK-K From October through January small group tours are provided for parents only (due to limited space, we regret that we are unable to include children in our group tours). Reservations can be made by calling 703-212-2705. In addition to the group tour, parents arrange an individual meeting with an Admission Director. This visit gives parents an opportunity to learn more about the school as it specifically relates to their child. Grades 1-5 From October through January individual family tours are provided. Students considering grades 3-5 are asked to visit with their parents, while those entering grades 1-2 are welcome but not required to come. Each tour is immediately followed by a meeting with an Admission Director. This is an opportunity for parents and students to ask questions about the school as it specifically relates to their interests. The combined tour and visit take about an hour. Please call 703-212-2705 to schedule an appointment. Grades 6-11 From October through February individual family tours are offered for students and their parents. Each tour is immediately followed by a meeting with an Admission Director. This visit is an opportunity for parents and students to ask questions about the school as it specifically relates to their personal interests. Please call 703-212-2706 to schedule an appointment. Visiting the school for an entire day is not required but is encouraged for students applying for grades 6-11. Prospective Student Visiting Days Do you love science? Sit in on an experiment! Do you play the violin? Bring it along! Is basketball your favorite sport? Talk with a coach! On Prospective Student Visiting Days, you get to sit in on classes with a current student who shares your interests both in and out of the classroom. You will meet with teachers, coaches and other students. In the morning, while you are in class, your parents can meet with faculty and administrators at an informal coffee. It's the best way to get a flavor for life as a SAINT! |
