From representing incarcerated individuals to advocating for tenants in housing court to assisting low income small business owners to establish and grow their businesses, the work of pro bono attorneys provides access to resources and justice for individuals, thereby working to change institutions to make them accessible to those who need them most.

They will especially focus on the work of the newly formed Law Firm Antiracism Alliance, whose goal is to address both individual assaults on equal justice and the structures that allow inequality to persist.
