Our coaching philosophy is quite simple. We will do things with a purpose, be passionate, be committed and most importantly be disciplined. Our mission is continuing to build a team culture where student athletes display great character and have integrity on an everyday basis. Although winning is important; it is not the most important factor. We will have fun and with fun, comes winning. Not just on the field but in the classroom and in life!
