SAINTS FUND PARENT PARTICIPATION CHALLENGE
The 6th Annual Parent Participation Challenge is officially underway! Throughout October, our Saints Fund Grade Chairs will be reaching out as we rally for 50% parent participation in support of our incredible faculty, staff, and students. Last year, gifts of all sizes added up to over $571,000 and this year, your support can go even further. Whether you contribute to the 2026-27 Saints Fund or the Gift of a Saints Education, special matching gift challenges throughout the month will double the impact of your donation!
We also can't wait to celebrate our amazing Saints community in person, so please mark your calendar for our Parent Party on Saturday, October 24, from 6:30-8:30 PM (stay tuned for more details soon!). Head over to sssas.org/ppc today to make your gift, leverage the match, and help us kick off the challenge strong!

During drop off, car riding students should only be dropped off in the circle. Please do not drive up to the front entrance of the school. Students leaving the Middle School at the end of the school day have several options for dismissal; carpool, intercampus shuttles, commuter buses, and walking. **Please note, the middle school does not utilize SchoolPass for student dismissal.
-
Carpool - Students can be picked up in the middle school front circle. There is no student pick up or drop off on Braddock Road or in the adjacent tennis courts.
-
Intercampus Shuttles - Students may take a complimentary shuttle to either the Upper or Lower Schools No sign up is necessary and schedules can be found on the Transportation Resource page.
-
Commuter Buses - Registration is required through our Transportation Office and more information can be found on the Transportation Resource page.
-
Walking - Students wishing to walk or ride a bike home, must have written consent from a parent or guardian. Please contact Patrica Liu, Dean of Students or Amie Brock, Registrar, to make these arrangements.
Please continue to use SchoolPass to indicate late arrivals and early departures.
What do I do if I need to drop off something for my child during the school day?
At the Middle School, we encourage parents to avoid delivering forgotten items to school in the middle of the day, as students learn from dealing with the (relatively minor) consequences of forgetting something. However, if you do bring items to school, please observe the following instructions, as we are not able to deliver items to students throughout the day:
1. There will be a table in the front office where you can leave items.
2. Please write your student's name on the provided sticky note and attach the sticky note to the item.
3. Leave the item in the bin under the table.
4. Email your student and their advisor to remind them to come retrieve their forgotten item.
