Financial Stewardship

Our school has benefitted from strong enrollment, generous philanthropy, and prudent fiscal management, which has allowed us to attract and retain the best teachers, to create an increasingly economically diverse community, to maintain excellent facilities, and to develop innovative programs. Active philanthropy and strategic stewardship of our school's resources are critically important to the long-term success of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School. Implementation of our ambitious and worthy strategic plan requires us to continue to grow our strong financial foundation.
  • Enhance school advancement efforts by revisiting policies and strategies in order to fund the priorities of the strategic plan.

  • Enhance our stewardship of resources to ensure that we are utilizing them prudently and strategically.
  • Commit the necessary time and financial resources to ensure that we attract and retain a socioeconomically diverse school.
  • Develop a comprehensive enrollment management plan that includes marketing/outreach, retention efforts, exploration of new financial aid/net tuition revenue models, flexibility to meet market demand, academic and non-academic programming, and student/family onboarding.
