My daughter asks to be the last one picked up on vacation club days. The variety of organized activities makes the day fun and there is also time for organic play. Art projects, bingo, baking, and movies are widely appealing options. Field trips to a corn maze, Zava Zone, and The St. James were particular favorites for my daughter.
Once, she missed a vacation club day in lieu of a sleepover. Later, she heard from friends who attended that they baked pies and made smores. She kindly asked to attend all future vacation club days no matter what. As a parent, it is extremely convenient to have this program on professional days and days when the Lower School isn't in session.
