WHO WE ARE
The APT exists to support and enhance the school community through a strong and responsive parent/teacher structure and inclusive and community based organization of events. It’s comprised of all parents/guardians of enrolled students, teachers, administrators, and school staff. The head of school represents our teachers and staff and is a voting member of the APT Executive Board.
HOW YOU CAN VOLUNTEER
There are many opportunities for parents to volunteer and get involved — from helping support and organize a specific event to taking a shift with Steve & Aggies or with Fall or Spring Festival, to serving on a committee or joining our Board. Your time and talents would be greatly appreciated and are highly valued, no matter what time commitment you can give. Volunteering is a wonderful way to support our students, faculty, and staff, as well as meet other Saints families and increasing the sense of all-inclusive Saints community.
WHAT WE DOWe invite you to explore our many programs and events, including our Shopping Program, the Fall Family Festival, Teacher Appreciation Days (in fall and spring), Spring Festival, and our exciting fundraiser, the Annual Spring Party and Auction. The APT organizes a Welcome event in September and promotes class-level parent socials in the weekly APT section of the SSSAS Dispatch. Every other year we offer a Speaker Series.
HOW WE DO IT We couldn't offer all we do without the volunteer support of parents, faculty, and staff, and the financial sponsorship of our families. We ask all families to voluntarily pay APT dues of $50. To see how the funds are used to support our teachers and students.
