Varsity Wrestling

The Saints are led by Coach Trae Humphreys who joined the Saints during 2013-2014 season and has served as the head wrestling coach since 2016. He is supported by a highly experienced and dedicated coaching staff with collegiate and international wrestling backgrounds. Together, they bring not only technical knowledge, but also a shared passion for mentoring young people. They view wrestling as a powerful tool to develop discipline, resilience, and personal growth—lessons that serve our athletes long after their playing days.
