Our Strategic Plan

Mission Foundation

St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is dedicated to pursuing goodness as well as knowledge and honoring the unique value of each person as a child of God. This strategic plan is rooted in that enduring mission and identity. Shaped by the voices of our community, employees, and students, the plan embodies both reflection and aspiration. Guided by these insights, it charts a bold and inspired course: advancing learning within and beyond the classroom, strengthening our inclusive community, and sustaining our promise. In doing so, it offers clarity of purpose and confidence for the journey ahead.

Our Road Ahead

SSSAS will lead in innovative, academic excellence combined with a deep commitment to goodness, becoming a national exemplar in integrating emerging fields with character development. We will be known for excellence rooted in goodness – where students routinely imagine new possibilities, embrace challenges, and excel in both scholarship and service.

Who We Are

Integrated intellect & character
Academic rigor and ethical formation are inseparable, ensuring that knowledge serves a greater good.

Belonging as a catalyst for impact & discovery
Diversity and inclusion are valued and affirmed because our collective voices strengthen learning, innovation, and community.

Grounded in Episcopal Identity
Our community nurtures respect for every person as a child of God and believes in serving a purpose greater than ourselves.

Confidence to imagine & do
Students are empowered to turn curiosity into action-
explore, create, inspire, and serve.

Community engagement is not extracurricular—it is a core practice that shapes habits of heart and mind.
