Application Timeline
Aug-Oct
Let us know you are interested by submitting an inquiry or visiting campus.

Sep-Jan
Complete an Admission Application to gain access to your personalized checklist, where you may schedule an interview and a middle or upper school shadow day visit.

Oct-Jan
Register for an academic assessment based on the grade to which your child is applying. Assessments must be completed by January 31 for priority decision in February.

Dec-Jan 15
Complete and submit all application requirements, interviews, and supporting documentation by January 15!

Jan-Feb
Wrap up campus visits and testing. Test results must be submitted by Jan 31, 2026.
Submit Documents through Application Checklist
Optional Financial Assistance forms are due Feb 1.

Feb-Mar
Admission and financial assistance decisions are communicated on February 27 followed by Accepted Student events. Enrollment decisions and deposits are made by March 16.

Apr-Jun
Take class placement tests. Middle and Upper schoolers meet with college counselors to choose classes. End your current school year strong! Submit final grades/report card.

Jul-Aug
Don't worry, we've got you! Families stay in the loop and on-track for a successful start of school! We'll help you keep track of sign-ups and deadlines for supply lists, books, transportation, athletics, lunch, and more with our communications and a Parent Hub.
It frees you to meet up with new SSSAS friends, enroll in a Summertimes camp, join us for Orientations, and Welcome Day...before day one.
