Second Trimester Interim Reports
Parents will receive an email Saturday morning, January 23 if their child has received an interim report.
100 PILLOWS DRIVE FOR MOTHER OF LIGHT CENTER
Must be new/unused. Please drop off by Tuesday, February 2nd, to be delivered to Mother of Light’s families by MS Faculty & Staff on Wednesday, February 3rd.
Our SSSAS community partner, Mother of Light Center, has requested our assistance in providing pillows for their families in need, many of whom do not have a single one. We kindly request (if you are willing and able) to help us donate 100 PILLOWS, new/unused, by Tuesday, February 2nd. There will be a collection box in the front lobby for your student to drop off the donated pillows.
The pillows will be delivered directly to families’ homes on Wednesday, February 3rd, by our MS Faculty & Staff who have volunteered as part of our Service Learning & Community Engagement professional development program.

Saints Staying Green: Winter 2021

Delivering items to your children
Please remember that due to the restriction on having visitors on campus and the busy schedules of the front office staff, we ask that parents refrain from dropping off items to be delivered to students, unless it is an urgent/essential item. A forgotten assignment or laptop should be managed by the student without a delivery to school.
Second Trimester Interim
The second-trimester interim is on Friday, January 15. Only students with a grade of C- or below will receive comments. Comments will be available to view on Saturday, January 23.
During the next few weeks, all middle school students will take the standardized tests commonly referred to as ERBs. The tests assess students in areas such as reading, listening, vocabulary, writing, and mathematics. Verbal and quantitative reasoning subtests are included. The tests will be administered online and do not require any preparation on the part of the students. Students are able to take the tests while on campus or in distance learning. The assessments will be administered by teachers during class periods and have been planned to limit the impact on the academic schedule.
2021-2022 RE-ENROLLMENT CONTRACTS & PAYMENT PLANS
The 2021-2022 re-enrollment contracts for returning students will be conducted online through our school website. Families will receive a pushpage with information on the process by February 1. Payment plans for the 2021-22 school year will be administered by Smart Tuition and all families will be required to renew or set-up a new account during the enrollment contract process.
PLEASE NOTE: Student account balances must be current in order to receive the 2021-2022 re-enrollment contract. Contracts and deposits will need to be completed by February 12. If you have any questions, please contact Susan Hamon or Donna O’Connell in the Business Office at 703-212-2730.
